“ Concurrimos en diciembre 2024. Ubicado en plena Punta Colorada, en una zona arbolada y algo escondida, Focaccia Bar de Pizzas es una joya gastronómica que descubrimos gracias a sus excelentes comentarios... y no decepciona. Entrada: Comenzamos con una focaccia tibia con cebolla, acompañada de alioli y baba ganoush y un fainá de orillo. La focaccia, probablemente una de las mejores que he probado, era suave, generosamente impregnada de aceite de oliva y absolutamente deliciosa. El fainá delicioso también Plato principal: Pedimos una pizzeta para compartir, mitad Capricciosa (salsa, muzzarella, hongos, panceta crocante y ciboulette) y mitad Cuatro Quesos (salsa, muzzarella, parmesano, provolone, roquefort y orégano). Ambas mitades fueron espectaculares, pero la Cuatro Quesos se lleva la medalla: insuperable en sabor y equilibrio. La masa, ligera y perfectamente horneada, redondeó la experiencia. Ofrecen una cerveza artesanal “Single Fin Beer” muy interesante con notas de frutos tropical, con un dejo en boca a maracuyá y mango, recomendable. Postres: Aunque estábamos bastante llenos, decidimos probar dos postres. El crumble de manzana resultó exquisito, con el nivel justo de dulzura. La tartaleta rellena de mousse de dulce de leche y bañada en chocolate, aunque deliciosa, merece un comentario aparte: el relleno no era mousse sino una ganache espesa, casi de textura similar al dulce de leche repostero. Aunque disfrutamos el sabor, nos pareció más adecuado ajustar el nombre del postre o reconsiderar la preparación para ofrecer una mousse más ligera. Además, el tamaño era excesivo, algo a tener en cuenta considerando que el postre es bastante contundente. Conclusión: La atención fue excelente, al igual que la relación calidad-precio. Tanto la focaccia como la pizza nos dejaron encantados, y se nota la dedicación del propietario que prepara las pizzas al momento. En definitiva, es un lugar súper recomendable al que sin dudas volveremos. Conviene reservar. ¡Un imperdible en Punta Colorada! ”
“ Excelente lugar, primera vez que vinimos (en esta ocasión fue para cenar) guiados por los demás comentarios que aquí aparecen. Deliciosas las pizzas así como la focaccia, servida en porciones generosas, tal como en las fotos. Los postres, un manjar. Si a todo esto le sumamos la excelente atención (mención para la chica que nos atendió, muy amable y simpática) y en un lugar muy lindo, prolijo y con buen gusto; sin dudas que es una opción super recomendable. “ Just thinking about this place makes me smile. We spent a month in Punta Colorada and came here 6-7 times during our stay. The pizza is outstanding, with a thin crust and good toppings. I particularly loved the olive & prosciutto and Quattro fromage. The salads are fresh and flavorful - I liked the roasted veggie best but my partner preferred the chicken ceasar. An order of the focaccia is DELISH and filling! We were in town studying Spanish and the delightful staff were patient and kind as we attempted to order in Spanish (though several spoke English very well.). On my birthday, they surprised me with a little sweet treat, candle and singing. LOVE this place and look forward to visiting when I return. ”
